Video: Did Hacker Tap into Fox News Ticker in NYC?

| by Mark Berman Opposing Views

Is it real or not? That is the question about a video on YouTube that appears to show a hacker tapping into the Fox News ticker in New York City so it displays an anti-right wing message.

The video shows a woman climbing out of the subway, purportedly on Monday night, then approaching the Fox News headquarters in Midtown. She presses a few buttons on her cell phone, the ticker outside the building scrambles for a moment, then the message pops up, saying in part:

"WE ARE BEING LIED TO. RIGHT WINGERS ARE DESTROYING THE MIDDLE CLASS AND TRYING TO KILL OUR UNIONS."

Fox News was quick to tell The Huntington Post that the video is a fake, that no one hacked into its ticker.

Fox is of course saying this didn't happen. So I will maybe post a video explaining how I did it later.

So far there has been no explanation video.
