I wish more religious people could understand that they are atheists too, when it comes to the thousands of gods that we have unceremoniously discarded over the millenia. Perhaps they wouldn't think it to be such a 'scary' word...

It's surprising how often I hear somebody say that atheism is a religion , as if stating so invalidates atheism.
