TV Producer Aron Abrams Found Dead in Hawaii

Homicide detectives in Hawaii are investigating the death of a television producer and writer who was found dead in his luxury hotel.

Aron Abrams, 50, died Christmas morning at the Fairmont Orchid Hawaii Hotel on Kohala island. He was vacationing there with his wife. An autopsy is set for Friday, but so far police do not suspect foul play is involved.

"We're going to wait for the autopsy results before we draw any conclusions," Lt. Gerald Wike of the Kona Criminal Investigation Section said.

Abrams was a writer/producer for such shows as "Everybody Hates Chris," "Grounded for Life" and "3rd Rock From the Sun."

Abrams and his wife Lynn lived in Los Angeles. They had two daughters.
