Tone Your Tush in Ten Minutes

Getting in shape doesn’t necessarily take hours. It takes knowing what to do to get the most out of your time. Here’s a workout that will help to tone your tush with just 10 minutes of exercise.

It’s a great compliment to a cardio-based workout like my Beat the Dreadmill Blues workout.

#1. 15 Step-ups on each leg

#2 15 One legged squats on each leg

#3 15 One legged deadlifts on each leg

#4 15 Reverse Lunges on each leg
