Try out a TranceDance class or turning up the volume in your living room and dance like no one’s watching
doing something spontaneous, that’s not on your to-do list
breath a little deeper in traffic
tell a joke, go to a comedy club, or watch a funny movie
get thee to a craft store for some paints and a blank canvas
look into someone’s eyes and listen with your heart
practice some Ashtanga Vinyasa or Bikram yoga, do a cleanse or simply get organized
face it head on and don’t look back
So, my question for you is, what “teachers” are appearing in your life?
And are you open to receive the lesson?
This week, I encourage you to show up and visit those teachers that will bring you some balance.
