One of the most popular segments leading up to the NFL Draft that excites fans and players alike are the mock drafts made by NFL analysts.

Speculation as to where the top players in the draft will land are any one’s guess, as even the team’s themselves will not know. The only team that is guaranteed to get the player that they desire will be the St. Louis Rams in 2010, who have the top selection on Thursday.

While it is unclear as to who the Rams will take with the first pick, many people believe that it will come down to either quarterback Sam Bradford or defensive end Ndamukong Suh.

Mock drafts are wildly popular and as such, Online Sportsbooks have picked up on it and are fielding wagers on who bettors believe will have the most correct picks in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Mel Kiper Jr. ( -125

Todd McShay ( -115

All of these four Draft experts believe that the Rams will select Bradford No.1. From there however, there is much disparity as to where particular players will end up.

Even after the top selection, there is a difference as to which player will be selected No.2. It is a consensus that a defensive lineman will be taken, but some believe that it will be Suh, while others are fixated on Gerald McCoy out of Oklahoma.

McCoy impressed scouts at the NFL combined and quickly rose up the draft boards, competing with Suh as the top overall player on the board.

Kiper believes that McCoy will be taken second pick, while McShay still maintains that the AP Defensive player of the year in Suh will don a  Detroit uniform as the second overall selection.

Both King and Banks have Suh and McCoy being drafted second and third respectively.

In total, the four NFL draft analysts have many of the same players being selected in the opening round, but it is the positioning where the experts will separate themselves and be crowned the king of the 2010 NFL Mock draft.

Online Sportsbooks favor Kiper in the ESPN bracket and Banks in the Sports Illustrated Bracket.

The 2010 NFL Draft can be seen on Thursday April 22nd beginning at 7:30pm in primetime on ESPN.
