Former child star Butch Patrick, famous for playing Eddie Munster In TV series The Munsters, has checked into rehab for drug and alcohol treatment.
Patrick admitted himself to a facility in New Jersey yesterday to seek treatment for addiction to cocaine, alcohol and marijuana, according to his rep.
Patrick’s rep tells TMZ he hopes to “get a grip on his addiction and educate himself.”
His rep adds, “We have thought he could possibly be a product of the child star problem … and are thankful he will take control of his fate.”

Word is the 56-year-old star decided to get help after his girlfriend, Donna McCall, called an end to their relationship last week.
Patrick’s family have reportedly been trying to get the actor to face his demons and enter rehab for 30 years. Better late than never.
