Thailand Turns Deadly as Soldiers and Protesters Clash

| by DeepDiveAdmin

The Thai capital of Bangok has become engulfed in violence as government soldiers fight running battles with protesters, reportedly killing at least two. The protesters, who are all dressed in red shirts as a sign of their affiliation, have been setting fires throughout the city and in some cases lobbing explosives at soldiers in an effort to force prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva to resign. In response, Vejjajiva has vowed that the government will use "every means to end the chaos."
