The popular online dating website Match.com is offering its members a special upgrade for $5,000 that will match them up with people who look like their exes.
The upgrade includes six months of services by Three Day Rule, a Los Angeles dating service that uses facial-recognition technology to find look-a-like lovers, notes Newsweek.
"I've noticed over my years in matchmaking that people have types," Talia Goldstein, founder of Three Day Rule, told Mashable.com. "I always ask my clients to send me photos of their exes. They say that they don't have a type, but when I see the photos, to me they look very similar. The exes may be different ethnicities, or have different hair color, but their facial structures are the same."

These premium members will work with professional matchmakers who will coach them, go on pre-dates with potential dates (to save a premium member's precious time) and use the pictures of a member's ex-girlfriends or boyfriends to find a face shape that matches people in the Three Day Rule and Match.com databases.
