The California State Office of Administrative Hearings confirmed the Lincoln Unified School District's decision to fire high school teacher Heidi Kaeslin, who was accused of using a school laptop to set up and manage porn websites.

A three-member panel found numerous "pornographic, lewd, vulgar, repugnant" files on the laptop used by Kaeslin, reports RecordNet.com.

Kaeslin has until April 26 to ask the Office of Administrative Hearings to reconsider the ruling and until May 27 to appeal her firing.

Kaeslin had worked as a special education teacher at Lincoln High School in Stockton, California since 2002, until she was fired last year, reported the Daily Mail.

Kaeslin's estranged husband told school authorities that several porn domain names were registered to Heidi Kaeslin's home address.

For her part, Kaeslin said that she was only involved in the porn websites for a few days.

It has been reported that Kaeslin's partner in the web porn business was retired police officer Richard Fields, who worked at Lincoln High School as a resource officer.

Fields claimed he bought the domain names, Kaeslin's involvement was limited and the porn project was eventually abandoned.
