Handwritten Letter to Santa Includes Entire Amazon URL

A Twitter user in Germany recently posted a letter to Santa with a modern-day twist.

The Christmas wish-list, written by an unknown author, begins as a normal letter to Santa, but concludes with a fully written Amazon URL.

Twitter user Zack Poitras posted a link to the original tweet by user @Gequeoman.

“Dear Santa,” the handwritten letter reads. “How are you? I’m good. Here is what I want for Christmas.”

The author of the letter then proceeded to spell out the entire URL address, the majority of which is nearly indecipherable. A photograph of the letter can be seen at right.

According to the Huffington Post, a few Reddit users attempted to type out the URL, which linked to a child’s whale-themed remote control car.

The Mirror reports that it has not been confirmed as to whether the mysterious letter was written by an actual child or merely an adult prankster.

Nonetheless, the letter has been shared thousands of time across the Internet.

The original tweet by @Gequeoman was posted on Nov. 29 and has since been retweeted more than 7,000 times.
