CES 2012: Portable Gaming with Your 360 and PS3

| by NuyoRiquena

I travel - a lot.  I game - a lot.  While at the Consumer Electronics Show* this year I discovered I a nifty accessory which allows me to play Skyrim in the airport!  Perhaps a terrible idea given my ability to zone out for hours when playing, but you certainly get the point.

The GAEMS G155 self-contained personal gaming system lets you stay in the action [almost] anywhere. Simply strap in your console, store your accessories, select your favorite games, and you're good to go. The G155's integrated LED HD display, stereo speakers, and dual headphone jacks will immerse you in your favorite game or video--wherever you are.

Merely pop it open, plug it in, and you're ready to play.

Drawbacks? The system cost as much as your console so you may only be interested if you truly want the flexibility to game wherever you go with something more substantial than your handheld.  I did not have the opportunity to actually walk around with the system to gauge weight and comfort which could easily make it less convenient.

GAEMS also announced a partnership with Microsoft retail stores to bring gamers the GAEMS G155 Personal Gaming and Entertainment Bundle. Yes, bundle!  The G155 Personal Gaming and Entertainment Bundle comes complete with a GAEMS G155 and an Xbox 360® 250GB, but only at Microsoft retail stores. May I suggest speaking with Sony about doing the same with Playstation at all retailers?
