Well, she doesn’t exactly spill, but she does offer some interesting insights on her shock split from longtime love Tim Robbins.
The former Hollywood golden couple went their separate ways last December, after a whopping 23 years together.
“The nation mourned,” Sarandon tells New York magazine.
“I had a lot of people who came up to me and were not as upset as I was – but were definitely upset. I did feel a sense of responsibility, because I knew that people had a certain idea of how I was and who we were…But on your deathbed, it’s not really going to matter how those people felt.”

Asked if she’s still getting to grips with the split, she booms, “Shyeah! Yeah”.
She adds: “What I figured out is that the only mistake you can make is to think of your relationship to yourself or your work or your partner or your kids as something that becomes something. And then stays there. You have to see all of those relationships as a breathing thing. We’re still parenting, although it’s different when they’re 18.”
And now for the real dirt. Is she or isn’t she dating her ping-pong club partner Jonathan Bricklin? She won’t go there, but does concede that when the romance rumours first surfaced “it wasn’t so great, because he had a girlfriend at the time.”
At the time…interesting!

But while Sarandon’s keeping mum, Bricklin has spoken out to deny the reports.
“No, no, no. But we spend a lot of time together – a lot of time.” I bet they do.
Not that Bricklin minds our gossiping. It’s good for business.
“I don’t read the papers that often, but I walk by and I kind of scoff at whoever’s there. So when the equivalent happened to me, I was just horrified. And then I got over it a day later,” he said.
“Business was notably better from the first article on. I mean, I’m happy as s**t if that sells things.”
Good luck to them!
