Raw Vegan “Donut Holes”

Yields about 20 D.Holes, depending on size

1 pound Medjool Dates, pitted

2 ¼ Cups Dried/Shredded Coconut

Sea Salt

Pit the dates and reserve a ¼ cup of the coconut in a small bowl. This will be used for rolling later. Combine pitted dates, the rest of the coconut (2 cups) and a couple dashes sea salt in a food processor (fitted with the “s” blade). Pulse for about 30 seconds to a minute or until a dough like consistency has formed.

Roll dough into one inch balls, coating them in the reserved coconut. That’s all there is to it. Way easy and great for the kiddies.

Note: these little guys keep best when refrigerated….
