Two third division soccer teams in Argentina were involved in a wild brawl that stopped the match and ended with the ejection of 12 players.
According to Metro.co.uk, a soccer match between Deportivo Roca and Cipolletti descended into a melee during the 67th minute (video below).
After a controversial call by a referee, Cipolletti player Marcos Lamolla ran a good part of the field to go after Roca's Fernando Fernandez, notes SMH.com.au.
Players from both teams quickly joined with kicks and punches.
The game was eventually called off and riot police had to escort the players from the field.
"Both teams' players were disgraceful, they didn't behave like professionals," stated Roca coach Diego Landeiro. "It was a disgrace and it means lots of work down the drain. I'm very bitter."
