Mario Balotelli Leads Italy Past Germany, into Euro 2012 Final

In possibly the most enthralling and entertaining performance we've from a Euro 2012 player thus far, Mario Balotelli led his Italian side to an impressive 2-1 victory over Germany on Thursday.

Balotelli scored both of his team’s two goals on the game – one at the 20-minute mark and one at the 36-minute mark. Germany had plenty of opportunities to equalize over the rest of the outing, but it just seemed as though their players could never get on the same page.

With their victory, Italy will advance to the Euro 2012 final where they’ll face Spain.
