Video: 13-Year-Old Abbey Watson is New Powerlifting World Record Holder

Abbey Watson, 13, is the new world record holder for squats in her weight class after successfully lifting 143.3 pounds at the Powerlifting Federation's recent national competition. Yes, you read that correctly – she’s 13. As it stands, she has now successfully broken 28 US records -- including eight world records -- in powerlifting.

Here’s to hoping nobody makes the mistake of breaking her heart in high school.
