Fresh off a dominant showing in the men’s 100 meters on Sunday, Jamaican runner Usain Bolt now has his eyes set on another event: the men’s 200 meters.
On Tuesday, Bolt breezed through the preliminary round of the 200 in a time of 20.39 seconds – best in his heat.
Brazil’s Aldemir da Silva Junior took second with at time of 20.53 seconds and American Isiah Young took third with a time of 20.55 seconds.

Bolt holds the 200 world record (19.19) and the Olympic record (19.30), so he’s probably the smart bet as far as who will inevitably take the gold.
