Video: CBSLA Mixes Up the Los Angeles Kings and Sacramento Kings

| by Alex Groberman

This is getting embarrassing. As of 9:45 p.m. on Monday, Los Angeles has one team still in the playoffs. Not the Lakers. Not the Clippers. The Kings. The Kings. The Kings. The Kings. They’re a hockey a team. They’ve been here since 1967. A guy named Wayne Gretzky once played for them. He has a hot daughter. Currently, they’re one game away from the Stanley Cup Finals.

At what point will we finally start giving L.A.’s lone championship contenders the credit they deserve?

Last week, we brought you the story of an NBCLA news report that committed the blasphemous act of confusing the hated Sacramento Kings and the beloved Los Angeles Kings. It was an embarrassing incident, but also somewhat forgivable. Everyone is allowed one mistake. But then CBSLA went and did this…

Are you kidding me?
