Video: Terry Bradshaw’s Reggie Bush “Bucket of Chicken” Comment

| by Alex Groberman

Fox NFL analyst Terry Bradshaw found himself in a bit of hot water today after a questionable comment he made during Sunday’s broadcast went viral. The controversy stems from the fact that, during a highlight clip of Reggie Bush running for a touchdown, Bradshaw said something that some people construed as a reference to Bush chasing chicken. (Bush is African American.)

For what it’s worth, a lot of people (read: I) did not hear that. To those people (read: me), this seems like a non-issue.

Decide for yourselves, though:

When confronted with what some people thought he said, Bradshaw offered this to USA Today:

"I've never been in a situation like this. I don't know how to react, except to apologize for something I didn't know I said. I've been upset today. It's not me. I'm shocked."

Make of this situation what you will.
