Marcus Vick Demands a Trade on Michael Vick’s Behalf During Eagles vs. Saints

| by Alex Groberman

The New Orleans Saints handed Andy Reid’s Philadelphia Eagles a 28-13 loss on Monday night. This was billed as a game that could make or break Philly’s season, so if you bought into that, obviously you will likely deem the outcome pretty consequential.

Far more interesting than the predictable Fire Andy Reid and Bench Michael Vick headlines that we will inevitably read today, though, is what non-football thing happened during yesterday’s game. That non-football thing? Michael Vick’s brother, Marcus, live-tweeting the action.

Understandably, he deleted the tweets after he realized how bad they were; fortunately (for us), the good folks at Deadspin were able to capture all of them before they were deleted:

Game time!!!!!

Please trade my brother. We requesting out of Philly!!!! Please please please......

F**king line sh**ty!!! I never seen a Qb get pressured so fast.....

This not even an NFL type of O-line. What happen to the hogs the Eagles had last year and year before? Call Winston Justice back n Jamal J

Finally a long run. Damn!! That's the best hole the line opened up all year..... Wtf

Super bad decision!!!! Mistake after mistake after mistake!! @MVFive changing the channel

Luckily for Marcus Vick, his brother and his brother’s coach have bigger fish to fry than he his reckless tweeting.

(Kudos Deadspin)
