Detroit Lions DT Ndamukong Suh has some free time on his hands. He decided on Thanksgiving that he would clean his cleats off on Green Bay Packers lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith, after he tried to talk some sense into him by ramming his head into the turf repeatedly.
The NFL didn’t appreciate that and decided to sit Suh down for two games. So, he was spending some time in his native Portland, OR recently, when he decided to see what it would be like if the front of his 1970 Chevrolet Coupe kissed a tree. That’s right, at around 1:15 AM this morning, Suh’s car ran up over a curb, hit a light pole and a drinking fountain, and then hit the tree.
Neither he nor his two passengers were injured. Police say that Suh was not intoxicated and that he cooperated fully with authorities at the scene.
Suh’s car was towed from the scene and he was then free to pursue a life of religious fulfillment.
