You never want to read too much into preseason football, but what Andrew Luck did in his much-hyped debut versus the St. Louis Rams on Sunday morning was pretty nifty.
While beating down the Rams in any setting (preseason or otherwise) is admittedly not especially difficult to do, Luck made it look a lot easier than it should have been when he carved them up for 188 yards and two touchdowns on 10-of-16 passing.
The highlight of Luck’s premiere showing, though, was without question what he did on his very first pass.

Sure, Donald Brown did most of the actual work there – but he’s not Peyton Manning’s highly-touted replacement, so nobody really cares.
Indianapolis won the game 38-3.
