Warren Sapp Has More Faith than Anyone Else in the Cleveland Browns

| by

Warren Sapp is known for making bold statements. There's a reason for that.

The former NFL defensive tackle appeared on NFL Total Access this week, and he made the bold statement that the Cleveland Browns will be the next team to win their first Super Bowl.

He says:

“They have a quarterback now, they have a running back- in (Trent) Richardson and they have (Brandon) Weeden–this is what you need to jump start your franchise. There’s no more fumbling on the one-yard line, there’s no more ‘Drive’ for you to cry over. It’s the Cleveland Browns, they’ll be next.”

Although it is possible, I don’t think Cleveland is ready yet. Their receiving unit is still pretty poor. I’d rather go with what the other NFL Network analysts said -- the Carolina Panthers or Detroit Lions.

What do you think of Sapp’s comments?
