This has been a horrific few days for the NFL.

By now, everyone has heard about the tragic murder-suicide involving Jovan Belcher that occurred at the Kansas City Chiefs’ training facility on Saturday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only case of an NFL employee taking their own life to happen over the past 48 hours.

According to USA Today, a Cleveland Browns groundskeeper was found dead at the team’s Barea, Ohio training facility early Saturday morning. Eric Eucker, 30, reportedly hanged himself in a storage shed.

Browns spokesman, Neal Gulkis, confirmed the suicide to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer:

"#browns spokesman Neal Gulkis confirmed that a member of their groundskeeping crew eric eucker committed suicide last night. Statement/suicide of browns groundskeeper Eric Eucker 'This is a terrible tragedy and our heartfelt condolences go out to Eric's family. Eric was a good friend and colleague, and an outstanding employee. He will be missed by everyone in the Cleveland Browns organization'"

No other information has been made public as of this time.
