The Cincinnati Bengals knew that they had to take the crowd out of the game early in Robert Griffin III’s home debut, and that’s exactly what they tried to do on the first play of the game.
In one of the gutsier play calls of the weekend, Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu got the green light to throw a pass to fellow wide receiver A.J. Green (while Andy Dalton lined up wide right) – which Green ultimately converted into a 73-yard touchdown run.
