Man Suffers Paralysis From Beating in Bathroom During 49ers Game

| by Michael Allen

Amador Rebollero and Dario Rebollero are facing felony assault charges for allegedly beating two men inside a bathroom at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., during Sunday's San Francisco 49ers game.

A bystander recorded the brutal beating on video, but it was recently censored by YouTube because of “shocking and disgusting content.”

According to prosecutors, the incident began when one of the alleged victims tapped Amador on the shoulder to let him know that a bathroom stall was open. Suddenly, the Rebollero brothers began beating the man and a second man, claim prosecutors.

"These victims were beaten like animals," Deputy District Attorney Deborah Hernandez told CBS San Francisco. "One of the victims has suffered severe injuries. He has some bleeding to the brain. He has had to have partial skull removal to relieve some of that pressure. He is currently suffering some paralysis."

The Rebollero brothers already have extensive criminal records, notes the Fresno Bee.

Amadoris is being held on $350,000 bail, while Dario is being held on $75,000 bail.
