Penn State to Remove Joe Paterno’s Statue this Weekend

| by Alex Groberman

Finally, one of the more moronic sports debates of the last year can be put out to pasture.

According to Kimberly Jones of the NFL Network, Penn State will remove Joe Paterno’s statue at some point this weekend. The decision comes on the heels of what were probably hundreds or thousands of unreported threats, and single giant public one via some idiots in an airplane.

Of course, if you’re waiting for Penn State or any of the trolls that petitioned for the statue to come down last week to come up with a way to make things right with the victims – you’re out of luck. That topic hasn’t been even been broached yet.

Always wonderful to see that everyone has their priorities straight.

Am told that Penn State plans to take down the Paterno statue this weekend.
