College Football Analysis: Another Recruiting Win for Louisville, Charlie Strong

| by

You cannot stop Charlie Strong on the recruiting trail, you can only hope to contain him. The man landed two more commitments this weekend, both impressive defensive linemen from the southeast. The first pledge came from DeAngelo Brown, a 6-1, 295-lb defensive tackle from Savannah, Georgia. The three-star recruit chose the Cards over offers from Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, and South Florida.

Then on Sunday, Pedro Sibiea, also a defensive tackle, pulled the trigger and committed to the Cardinals. The 6-3, 265-lb Sibiea was in town this weekend for an official visit and made his verbal before heading home. Pedro is from Homestead, Florida and is rated as one of the top 65 players in the Sunshine state.
