Technically speaking, Rasheed Wallace came out of retirement this summer when the New York Knicks signed him to shore up their collection of old guy reserves. Wallace’s real return, however, didn’t actually happen until yesterday morning’s game against the Phoenix Suns.

Why was that his real return? Because that’s when he earned his first ejection as a Knick. In the span of less than two minutes, Wallace picked up two technical fouls and was swiftly kicked out of the arena.

The Knicks ultimately won sans Wallace’s presence, 106-99.
