The Houston Rockets earned their seventh win in eight games on Wednesday night when they beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 87-84.
Prior to this most recent outing Minnesota was 8-3 at home and the Rockets were 4-7 on the road.
James Harden led the way for Houston with 30 points on 11-of-22 shooting. Chandler Parsons and Carlos Delfino chipped in 12 points and 11 points, respectively, but neither did it on particular effective shooting. Jeremy Lin had eight points (three-of-nine shooting), one assist and seven turnovers.
J.J. Barea led all Wolves scorers with 18 points off the bench. When it was all said and done, only two Minnesota players finished in double figures.
