Video: James Harden, Jeremy Lin Lead Houston Rockets Past Detroit Pistons (Highlights)

The Houston Rockets signed James Harden to five-year, $80 million contract on Wednesday afternoon. Later in the day, he showed the entire world why he was worth that sort of dough.

In one of the most memorable new-team debuts that we have seen over the past decade, Harden absolutely dominated the Detroit Pistons last night. When it was all said and done, he finished with 37 points, 12 assists and six rebounds in a 105-96 Houston victory. It was a dazzling display on all fronts, and it sort of took away from the solid night that Jeremy Lin had (12 points, eight assists).

Sure this was all against the hapless Pistons, but still.
