Sources tell the Philadelphia Daily News that Sixers forward Thaddeus Young will be shipped to Minnesota as part of the Kevin Love deal.
In exchange for Young, the Cavaliers 2013 No.1 overall draft pick Anthony Bennett will go to Philadelphia. It was previously believed that both Bennett and Andrew Wiggins would land in Minnesota when the Cavaliers trade for Love.
Here’s what Philadelphia Daily News Reporter Mark Perner had to say about the potential deal.
"It has been reported that Minnesota sees Young as the right guy to fill Love's shoes," Perner wrote. "The Timberwolves, it has been reported, could use the first-round pick they get from the Cavaliers to help entice the Sixers to part with the 26-year-old Young, but that has not been confirmed."

The deal, if it falls through, will be a steal for Philadelphia. Despite a solid year last season,Thaddeus Young is not part of Philadelphia's long term plans. To net Bennett in exchange for a player they were essentially renting for this season is a win-win for the Sixers.
If they acquire Bennett, the Sixers will have three of the top 11 players from the 2013 draft on their roster: Bennett, Michael Carter-Williams, and Nerlens Noel.
