LeBron James Followed Katherine Webb on Twitter, Then He Unfollowed Her

A star was born during Monday night’s BCS National Championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame. No, it wasn’t any of the players on the field. No, it wasn’t any of the coaches. The biggest and most interesting talent to emerge from yesterday’s massacre was, without a doubt, Katherine Webb.

A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend is literally the only thing anyone wants to talk about today, and it’s not just us common folk who were enthralled with her beauty. Some big names were instantly sprung, too. We have already covered Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit embarrassing themselves, but what about someone a little younger?

A King, perhaps?

#TheThirst RT @bleacherreport: Even LeBron James started following A.J. McCarron's girlfriend (@_katherinewebb) tonight…

For what it’s worth, as of the time of this post, it doesn’t appear as though James is following the queen of Alabama anymore. (He's back down to 277 follows.) Apparently he realized that he is LeBron James and that the move would be scrutinized to no end.

Still funny, though.
