Kobe Bryant Believes Team USA 2012 Would Beat the 1992 Dream Team

| by Alex Groberman

Never one to lack confidence, Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant took another shot at his rivals on Monday afternoon when he said his 2012 Team USA squad could beat the infamous 1992 Dream Team.

You know, the one with Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Charles Barkley, Karl Malone, etc. The one people recognize as the greatest basketball team ever.

Mind you, this comes on the heels of him telling Miami Heat forward and newly-minted champ LeBron James that, “one ring ain’t going to cut it.”

In regards to Team USA 2012 versus the 1992 Dream Team, Bryant offered this: “It’d be a tough one, but I think we’d pull it out."
