Kevin Garnett has racked up a good share of enemies over his long tenure in the NBA. Some of those enemies everyone knows about (Charles Oakley, Charlie Villanueva, etc.), whereas others, folks who didn’t closely follow the Minnesota Timberwolves in the late 90s, may not be as familiar with. An example of one folks weren’t as familiar with prior to Wednesday night? His beef with former teammate, Wally Szczerbiak.
As Garnett and his Boston Celtics were knee deep in trying to upset the Miami Heat during Game 2 of their Eastern Conference Finals showdown, the always delightful Szczerbiak sent out these tweets (as captured by Yahoo! Sports):

All in all, the fact that today’s generation of basketball fans probably doesn’t even know who Wally Szczerbiak is probably takes a bit of sting off his words. What Dwyane Wade did, though, that’s a whole different story…
