2012 NBA Highlights: Boston Celtics vs. Brooklyn Nets (Nov. 28)

| by Alex Groberman

The big brawl that was initiated thanks to a couple of aggressive pushes from Rajon Rondo and Kris Humphries understandably stole most of the NBA-related storylines this morning. That’s fine. But at some point, once we are done dissecting the worst fight ever, we should probably note that some of the Boston Celtics’ frustrations may have been stemming from the fact that they haven't been very good lately.

Joe Johnson led the way for Brooklyn in this one, totaling up 18 points on six-of-14 shooting. Jerry Stackhouse and Andray Blatche each chipped in 17 points off the bench, too. Deron Williams had an off night, racking up eight points on three-of-12 shooting.

Brandon Bass and Kevin Garnett led the way for Boston with 16 points apiece. Paul Pierce recorded 14 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and two broken ankles in the effort, too.

Check out the highlights from this one in the video below.
