Cleveland’s love-hate relationship with LeBron James was on full display Wednesday night, as the Heat narrowly defeated the Cavaliers 98-95 to win their 24th straight game.

With Miami up by four and about eight minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, a fan rushed the court wearing a shirt that read “We Miss You” on the front and “2014 Come Back” on the back. The message was clearly meant for James, who ditched those very same fans two years ago in favor of joining up with Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Pat Riley. While a lot of folks were understandably upset at the move, with James’ contract expiring fairly soon, some of them (like this guy) are now beginning to look towards the future.

James spoke of his strange encounter with the fan after Miami’s big win.

“Well, he said he missed me,” James said, per The Palm Beach Post. “And come back please. And I didn’t have much time to say much to him, because security got to him.”
