J.R. Smith has long since been recognized as one of the most unique basketball players on the planet. He is ultra-talented, a threat to score every time he touches the ball and an ideal sixth man from a physical standpoint. Unfortunately, when it comes to attitude and decision-making, he leaves something to be desired.

On Wednesday night, Smith showed one and all why he is such a tough player to make sense of.

He went six-of-16 from the field. He went one-of-nine from behind the arc. He turned the ball over three times. His +/- was -4. And then he did this:
