Either the Houston Rockets are finally getting it together, or the Philadelphia 76ers are slowly falling apart right before our very eyes. On Wednesday night, Houston beat down the visiting side 125-103. This was the Rockets’ fourth win in five tries and Philly’s fifth consecutive defeat.
James Harden led the way for Houston with 33 points on seven-of-12 shooting. Jeremy Lin pitched in 18 points (eight-of-12 shooting) and six assists. All in all, six Rockets players finished in double figures on the day.
On the other side, Nick Young led Philly with 21 points in 35 minutes off the bench. Dorell Wright also had a monster game off the bench – 20 points (seven-of-15 shooting) in 40 minutes. Only two Sixers starters finished in double figures.
