2012 NBA Highlights: New York Knicks vs. San Antonio Spurs (Nov. 15)

| by Alex Groberman

For a while there on Thursday night it looked as though the New York Knicks had finally met their match. The San Antonio Spurs completely and thoroughly challenged this team like no one else had thus far this season, however, ultimately even they weren’t able to knock the Knicks off the hill.

New York won, on the road, 104-100.

Raymond Felton led the way for the Knicks with 25 points and seven assists. J.R. Smith had 17 points off the bench. Carmelo Anthony had a terrible offensive showing, but made up for it by grabbing 12 rebounds.

Tony Parker led the way for the losing side with 19 points on an atrocious seven-of-20 from the field. Six Spurs players finished in double figures.
