2012 NBA Highlights: Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets (Nov. 7)

| by Alex Groberman

The Miami Heat blew out Deron Williams’ Brooklyn Nets 103-73 on Wednesday night. This was initially billed as a possible Eastern Conference Finals preview, however, the absence of Gerald Wallace and Miami’s general dominance nullified that notion pretty quickly.

Dwyane Wade led all players with 22 points (10-of-14 shooting), and LeBron James pitched in 20 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists. The only other Miami player to hit double figures in this one was Rashard Lewis, who tacked on 13 points in 19 minutes of action.

Williams led the way for Brooklyn scoring-wise with 14 points, but he struggled in just about every other aspect of the game. When it was all said and done, he finished with three assists and seven turnovers for the day.
