Video: Rangers and Twins Players Hear Loud Thunder, Get Scared, Run Away

An otherwise unimpressive showdown between the Texas Rangers and Minnesota Twins took a turn for the mildly interesting on Sunday night when Mother Nature opted to intervene.

You have to see this to believe it. This dog unlocked his crate and four doors in the middle of the night to escape his veterinarian's office:

With one out at the top of the fourth inning and the game knotted at nothing, a loud noise was heard and a bright flash of lightening could be seen – immediately sending all the folks on the field -- Ryan Doumit, Roy Oswalt and an assortment of other characters -- running for their lives.

It was great.
