The New York sports scene is always entertaining. At any given point during pretty much any year, you can just point to whichever Big Apple franchise you feel like highlighting and make fun of them for at least one thing.
On Wednesday night, at the 12-12-12 concert for Hurricane Sandy relief, Adam Sandler did precisely that. In a relatively short song, he managed to destroy the Jets and Yankees for their embarrassing escapdes over the past 12 months – all the while pointing out how great the Knicks are now.
It was classic Sandler.
