Matt Kemp is making himself an early favorite to become NL MVP, as he’s off to a great start with nine home runs and 22 RBI. The Los Angeles Dodgers star also set a record for most home runs through the first 15 games of the season.

Matt Kemp set a franchise record for home runs through 15 games with his ninth of the season to back up a solid outing by Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers got a 5-1 win over the Houston Astros on Saturday night.
