A massive fight broke out during Tuesday’s game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks, resulting in five players and managers ultimately being booted from the outing.
The seeds for the brawl were initially planted in the sixth inning when, in response to rookie Yasiel Puig being hit with a pitch, Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke opted to hit Diamondbacks catcher Miguel Montero. Both benches cleared, however, all involved were able to cool things down before any blows were exchanged.
Unfortunately, in the seventh inning, tensions flared again.
A few seconds after Ian Kennedy hit Greinke with a pitch in retaliation for what happened an inning earlier, the benches cleared, and this time fists started to fly.

When it was all said and done, Kennedy, Kirk Gibson, Turner Ward, Mark McGwire and Puig got kicked out for their troubles.
