Chipper Jones Retires: Best Atlanta Braves Player of All Time?

Chipper Jones, one of the classiest (extramarital dalliances notwithstanding) and most likable players to ever put on a baseball uniform, announced on Thursday that he would be retiring following this coming season.

Over the course of his illustrious career, Jones racked up an assortment of accomplishments including, but not limited to: one World Series title, one NL MVP award, one NL batting championship and seven All-Star appearances.

While debates will now undoubtedly rage regarding whether or not he’s a first ballot Hall of Famer, here is a far more intriguing question: is he the greatest player to ever wear an Atlanta Braves uniform?
