White St. Louis Cardinals fans shouted racist slurs at black protesters who called justice for Michael Brown last night outside Busch Stadium.

The protesters were peacefully demonstrating outside the Cardinals’ playoff game against the Los Angeles Dodgers when the ugly scene unfolded.

In a video (below) shot by Argus Streaming News, the protesters repeatedly stated, "We gonna shut this sh-- down!”

In response, an older white man wearing a Cardinals outfit yelled, "If they’d be working, we wouldn’t have this problem!”

According to Salon.com, the Cardinals fans also yelled “Let’s go Cardinals!” but changed that cheer to “Let’s go Darren!” in reference to Ferguson, Mo., Police Officer Darren Wilson who shot and killed unarmed teen Michael Brown on Aug. 9.

RawStory.com reports the Cardinals fans also yelled, “Darren Wilson!” “USA, USA!” and "Africa, Africa!"

Another Cardinals fan called a protester a “crack head,” while a female Cardinals fan said, “We’re the ones who gave all y’all the freedoms that you have."

Yet another Cardinals fan wore an "I am Darren Wilson" sign on his back.

One Cardinals fan dared a protester to fight, but the protester refused to take the bait. The Cardinals fan shouted, "Go tear your own neighborhood up again, and see what that does!”

Meanwhile at the ballgame, the Cardinals beat the Dodgers 2-1.
