A hole-in-one is one of the most difficult feats in all of sports. Even the most avid golfer could only dream of doing it once in their life – that is, unless you are 16-year-old Samantha Staudt.
Staudt didn’t just sink one hole-in-one recently. She shot two during the same round. Staudt’s accomplishment is so unbelievable that both SportsCenter and the Ellen DeGeneres Show have reached out to speak with her in recent days.
Staudt told 6ABC.com what happened on her first hole-in-one.
"I just hit it and it happened to be right at the pole and hit and spun and rolled three feet into the pole," said Staudt.
Then, just as the euphoria from the first shot wore off, Staudt did it again.
"I went up there and I didn't see anything. I guess it rolled off the front and I didn't see it. Then the guy from [her opponent’s school] went up and looked in the cup and said, 'How am I supposed to compete with this? This is ridiculous,'" said Staudt

Staudt says she didn’t even know what to do after the second shot.
"On the first one, we were going crazy, but I've never heard of anyone having two in one round,” she said.
Andy Watters, head pro at Inniscrone Golf Club, called the feat “the most amazing thing I’ve ever been a part of.”
