NHL player Tyler Seguin hosted "The Fourth Period Golf Charity Golf Classic" this week at the Nobleton Lakes Golf Club in Ontario, Canada.
The 6th annual charity golf tournament was held to benefit the Derrek Moseychuk Fund, which is raising money for Moseychuk who broke his neck on Dec. 28, 2012.
Seguin quit Twitter about a year ago after he was traded by the Boston Bruins to the Dallas Stars, but tweeted this week to plug the event:
After a year I'm back on twitter just in time to share my golf tournament coming up on Thursday.
Seguin proved his dedication to the charity event by allowing an unidentified man to tee up a golf ball on his crotch, notes Yahoo! Sports (video below).
Fortunately, the man took a clean swing, missed Seguin's crotch and hit the ball.
Didn't think this would be happening at my first golf tourny. Thank god he was a pro. Awesome day big shoutout to the 150+ people that came #tfpclassic #charity #golf #nhl
